ENHANCEMENT WORK AT DEAD WOMANS DITCH
We are pleased to report that the enhancement work at Dead Womans Ditch, designed to protect the Scheduled Ancient Monument Iron Ditch and improve the car park facilities, is finished.
This work finished not only on budget but also, given the atrocious weather conditions, only two weeks behind schedule. The next stage is heather re-seeding of the earth banks, using locally sourced heather seeds, by the AONB team and the conservation volunteers
