IN THE ROUGH Rangers had thought they had seen almost everything on the hills . . .

. . . but even their jaws dropped when they found this Golf parked on Hare Knaps, a good couple of miles from the nearest road.  There was another incident of off road driving with motorbikes which was helpfully dealt with by the police.
